Over a 23-year US Navy career in aviation, I’ve served in multiple inspection and quality assurance roles. That experience helped me develop a meticulous eye for detail.

 

My family has the highest importance to me. I treat every inspection as if it were for my own family.

Carlos Kidwell

Having served over 11 years in the United States Marine Corps as a parachute rigger supporting USMC aviators, I honed my attention to detail with many lives depending upon it.

 

After my service, my family and I moved back home to Kentucky in 2021 where I started my own home repair business. During this time, I witnessed that most home buyers could have been forewarned of needed  repairs if they had gotten a proper home inspection report. 

 

Home buying can be a stressful experience.  If they had been informed through a thorough inspection, they may have been able to negotiate or resolve discovered issues prior to purchasing.

 

By identifying potential financial pitfalls in advance, my goal is to alleviate some of that stress as your home inspector. I'll bring my experience and attention to detail to every inspection I perform in order to conduct the most valuable, accurate, and thorough inspection possible.
